Only two guests are allowed per room. If more than two guests need to stay in one room, extra charges as mentioned will apply.
Prasad is not included in the room charge. Prior booking is required if Prasad is needed on arrival. Only vegetarian food is allowed in the mandir premises.
Smoking, alcohol, and other intoxicants are strictly prohibited in the Dharamsala.
Guests are not entitled to bring unauthorized guest(s) to stay in the Dharamsala.
Guests must take care of the Dharamsala property; any damage is chargeable. (Rs. 100/- is charged if room keys are misplaced.)
Cancellation Policy
30 days or more before check-in — 100% refund.
15–29 days before check-in — 75% refund.
7–14 days before check-in — 50% refund.
0–6 days before check-in — no refund.
Refunds are processed within 7 working days. A minimum of Rs. 100/- is deducted per booking towards transaction fees.
