Ritual Booking Terms

The ritual is performed on the date selected at the time of booking, as per mandir timings and the panchang.
Sankalp is taken in the name and gotra of the devotee. Please ensure your details are correct before paying.
Only vegetarian offerings (Satvik) are used. Prasad is offered after the ritual as per mandir tradition.
Timings may vary slightly on festival days and special occasions; the mandir office will coordinate if required.
The mandir reserves the right to reschedule a ritual under unavoidable circumstances, with a full refund of the amount paid.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations can be initiated online. Refunds apply from the ritual date as follows:

More than 72 hours before the ritual — refundable.
Within 72 hours of the ritual — non-refundable; you may choose a new date.
Within 24 hours of the ritual — non-refundable.

Your safety is our priority. The mandir is fully sanitized, and all staff and Pandit / Brahmins in the temple are fully vaccinated.
