TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ANNA PRASAD
- All devotees/guests may please note that serving of Anna Prasad at Prasad Hall in variably close at 03:00 pm for Day Anna Prasad and 10:00 pm for Night Anna Prasad respectively.
- The Devotees having booked bulk booking for serving Anna Prasad, are requested to inform their guests well in advance to be present in the Hall before 03:00 pm or 10:00 pm as the case may be.
- In case any guest is not in a position to be present in The Hall by 03:00 pm or 10:00 pm as the case may be, The devotee who has booked bulk booking, may take the packaged Anna Prasad for such guest(s), after paying the extra packaging charges. But he/she has to inform The Reception before 02:00 pm or 09:00 pm as the case may be.
- Devotees are requested to collect the packaged Anna Prasad only from The Mandir Shop Counter.
- All the devotees and their guests are requested to vacate The Hall before 03:30 pm or 10:30 pm as the case may be in order to enable our sewadars to have their Anna Prasad and to clean the premises for next activity.
- It shall not be the responsibility of the management if the booked packaged Anna Prasad is not collected before 03:30 pm or 10:30 pm as the case may be.
- For any clarification please contact The Reception.
- All are requested to cooperate the Management to serve the devotees better.
Mandir is fully sanitized, and all temple staff and Pandit/Brahmins are fully vaccinated.

Prasad Cancellation Policy :
For Individual & Group Prasad Booking:
- Cancellation of Prasad before 72 Hrs is refundable
- Cancellation of Prasad within 72 Hrs is non-refundable. You can choose a new date for Prasad.
- Cancellation of Prasad within 24 Hrs is non-refundable
